Xima Athletics supports already high-level basketball players looking to take the next step in their career. Our main focus is helping them access U.S. college basketball opportunities, while also considering high school pathways and professional possibilities.
A project built around each player
Every pathway starts with a review of the player's file: their CV, a letter of motivation and game film. This first step lets us look closely at their profile and assess which opportunities could be the right fit.
If the file is accepted, our agents support the player in finding a team and through every step until their arrival. For professional pathways, this support can include arranging trials and connecting with clubs. Contract negotiation is not included.
Support for players and their parents
A sports project abroad raises questions for the whole family. Xima Athletics supports the player throughout the process and helps both players and parents better understand each step of the journey.
We commit to doing the research and representation work, but we cannot guarantee that a team will recruit the player. The final decision always belongs to the team.
