Your pathway to U.S. college basketball.
Xima Athletics represents committed, high-level international athletes. Our main focus is U.S. college basketball, and we also support high school (prep) pathways and, where appropriate, professional opportunities.
Submit your file
Send us your CV, a letter of motivation and game film. This is the starting point for every athlete we consider.
File review
We review every submission carefully. Representation only begins once a file has been accepted.
Agency fee
There's an agency fee for our representation service, reflecting the time and work we invest in each athlete we represent.
Finding the right opportunity
We search for opportunities that match the player's profile, and can help arrange trials and connect with clubs and programs. For professional pathways, contract negotiation is not included.
Support through arrival
We stay engaged with the player through their arrival at their new team or program.
